Main responsibilities:

  • Develop BU strategic plans to collaborate with central marketing and other X-functional team ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers/influencers at key target, strategic departments in DBU
  • Provide insights for business forecasts and revenue management and participate in the determination of market potential and preparation of sales expense estimation
  • Collaborate with local taskforces to achieve key performance target in hospital listing and objectives on other priorities
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback timely
  • Consolidate and prepare yearly budget, strategic and business plans, and direct the planning and implementation of key programs

What you should have?

  • Master Degree or above, Industry/product knowledge required
  • At least 5 years with pharmaceutical industry with strategic marketing or consulting background
  • Good marketing planning skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
