Develop BU strategic plans to collaborate with central marketing and other X-functional team ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers/influencers at key target, strategic departments in DBU
Provide insights for business forecasts and revenue management and participate in the determination of market potential and preparation of sales expense estimation
Collaborate with local taskforces to achieve key performance target in hospital listing and objectives on other priorities
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback timely
Consolidate and prepare yearly budget, strategic and business plans, and direct the planning and implementation of key programs
What you should have?
Master Degree or above, Industry/product knowledge required
At least 5 years with pharmaceutical industry with strategic marketing or consulting background
Good marketing planning skills
Good project management skills
Good interpersonal skills
