​​Job Summary:​​

We are seeking a strategic and creative ​​marketing manager​​ to lead ​​target group communication planning, community engagement, and brand content development​​ across key digital platforms in China (Tencent, Zhihu, GEO). You will be responsible for developing and executing an annual community communication calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving engagement with our target audiences.

​​Key Responsibilities:​​

​​1. Target Group Communication & Activation​​

  • Develop and implement targeted communication strategies to engage key audience segments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, PR) to align messaging with business goals.

  • Monitor audience insights and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.

​​2. Community Communication Calendar & Execution​​

  • Plan and manage the ​​annual community communication calendar​​, ensuring consistent and impactful touchpoints.

  • Execute campaigns, activations, and engagement initiatives to foster brand loyalty.

  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

​​3. Brand Content Development & Execution​​

  • Lead the creation of compelling ​​brand content​​ (articles, videos, social posts, etc.) tailored for Tencent, Zhihu, and GEO.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, market trends, and audience preferences.

  • Work with agencies, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality assets.

​​4. Platform Management (Tencent, Zhihu, GEO)​​

  • Oversee content distribution and engagement strategies across key platforms.

  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize reach.

  • Manage partnerships with platform representatives for enhanced visibility.

​​Qualifications & Skills:​​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years​​ of experience in ​​digital marketing, community management, or brand communication​​ (China market preferred).

  • Proven track record in managing ​​Tencent, Zhihu, and/or GEO platforms​​.

  • Strong content creation skills with an eye for storytelling and branding.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
