Monitoring and measuring the project’s performance against set targets
Reviewing and analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Researching to identify new opportunities for growth in existing markets or the development of new markets
Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to determine whether they are achieving their goals
Coordinating with members of the executive team to ensure that all departments are working towards the same goals
Preparing reports detailing progress towards goals, identifying obstacles to success, and recommending solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge foundation of the pharma industry and new product development/ or hematology experience
Fluent English in written and spoken
Good team working and cross-functional capability
Ideally, a healthcare or biology education background
Marketing experience is preferred
