Sanofi Business Operations (BO) provides support across global functions to help drive efficiency, value, and operational excellence. Within BO, the People Services (PS) team is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services, supporting employees through their entire lifecycle.

Job Descriptions:

• Work as Talent Management focal in People Service to support global talent program/cycle/project landing in Greater China, including operational excellence support through process optimization, standardization, and communication preparation at early stage.

• Liaison with talent management & PEP to support country-level talent data preparation and analysis, implementing data quality controls and efficiency measures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Support Greater China local Talent Management initiatives through systematic implementation frameworks, KPI tracking, and performance metrics to measure operational effectiveness.

• Act as POC for T0 knowledge refreshing, T1 knowledge transfer and handle T2 inquiries for talent management related topics, while developing streamlined knowledge management systems and self-service solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing lean methodologies to enhance talent support and collaboration.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement best practices across People Services operations.

• Support ad-hoc tasks with a focus on scalable and sustainable operational solutions.

Job-Holder Requirements/Qualifications:

•Minimum bachelor’s degree with Business Administration / Human Resources/ English background as preferred

•At least 3 year working experience as HR specialist in MNC pharmaceutical industry

•Strategic Thinking, strong analysis skills, result-driven

•Ability to multi-task with good organizational and time management capabilities

•Strong ownership and communication skills, team spirit

•Self-Starter and independent and can work under pressure
