· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Pentaxim in the Chinese market

· Lead cross-functional teams to achieve annual financial objectives while ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals

· Analyze market trends and leverage analytics to inform decision-making processes and identify growth opportunities

· Establish and maintain Pentaxim' brand positioning and market presence in China

2. Market Development and Business Growth

· Drive penetration growth through holistic marketing initiatives especially in key cities

· Develop and execute strategies, engage and drive operational excellence in city level to drive Vx ratio increase

· Explore consumer activation initiatives to grow the business

· Identify and develop new innovative approaches/partnership to increase coverage and efficiency

3. Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence

· Develop deep understanding of China's vaccine/PPH market, including market size, future trends, key competitors, and government policies

· Lead the development of long-range strategic plans and key performance metrics

· Drive implementation of strategic decisions to ensure sustainable growth

· Identify key development areas and deliver strategic recommendations

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

· Coordinate with local functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure effective communication and strategic alignment

· Manage and uphold Pentaxim' product image and maintain strong relationships with customers and relevant authorities

· Ensure high-quality implementation of agreed business plans and marketing programs

· Support all aspects of product marketing throughout the product lifecycle management

5. Team Leadership and Development

· Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

· Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

· Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and strategies
