As a Digital Technology M&S Program Lead, you’ll drive – from Digital Infrastructure perspective – a strategic program which is made of multiple projects. Define and maintain the roadmap of a group of connected / interdependent projects to achieve business strategic objectives to deliver value and realize the benefits.
You’re involved from design phase to execution till move to production, and you are responsible for program governance, planning, budget management, staffing (including business’ contribution), communication & change management, risk management, compliance, and associated mitigations.
Translating business requirements into digital infrastructure solutions, and ensure alignment with the company's digital strategy, digital quality and cybersecurity compliance.

Program Management:
Work closely with every stakeholder to understand the requirements and provide solutions.
Develop comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with business objectives, by translating digital vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Lead all the phases of a strategic program: design, execution, qualification and validation, hypercare.
Build the appropriate staffing plan according to program progress, projects, budget, and required competencies.
Ensure the team and the projects are all aligned with program objectives, raise alert and/or escalation at the appropriate timing, as well as providing solutions according to situation.
Cross-functional coordination:
Manage cross-technology teams across Sanofi organization, especially within Digital and Engineering.
Oversee multiple interconnected digital projects, ensure alignment with program objectives.
Establish program KPIs and metrics to track progress, measure success, and demonstrate value.
Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies through proactive management.
Governance:
Develop adequate implementation strategies and governance frameworks.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders at all levels.
Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and governance committees.
Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital innovation.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Make sure all deployments are both Quality and CyberSecurity compliant.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital infrastructure projects/programs in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
Experience with program management methodologies (PMP, MSP, Agile, etc.).
Knowledge of digital technologies, including hosting spaces, cloud platforms, virtualization, network, AI/ML, and digital health solutions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing without always direct authority.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare business processes and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
