Section 1: Design and manage commercial team’s incentive compensation

  • Simulate and provide incentive proposals for commercial team based on robust understanding of business strategies

  • Communicate with related departments to facilitate and reach consensus on commercial incentive policy

  • Ensure clear communication with commercial team

  • Track incentive actual payout, manage budget utilization and provide analysis accordingly (e.g. IC payout retrospective analysis, etc.)

 

Section 2: Manage and continuously optimize commercial target setting method

  • Manage commercial target setting including account receivables, DSO, etc.

  • Allocate target to individual CDC levels

  • Ensure effective simulations and accurate allocation

 

Section 3: Commercial achievement and appeal processing and validation

  • Deal with multiple patterns of commercial appeals to generate final business achievement

  • Close collaboration with finance BP, supply chain, credit management and hub functions

Section 4: Lead projects as required to support the execution of GTMC strategic initiatives:

  • Coordinate projects that are strategic for customer-facing function of GTMC

  • Constantly look, propose and implement initiatives and solutions to deliver higher business efficiency and simplification in alignment with the business team

Section 5: Commercial analysis:

  • Provide operational efficiency related commercial analysis including FTE deployment of commercial team, retrospective analysis of commercial IC or performance
