The Field Force Excellence (FFE) Business Partner BP is responsible for providing strategic support and business partnering to the Field Force organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Field Force leadership, driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making to support Sanofi's business growth and strategy implementation.

This position plays a critical role in driving field force excellence through strategic financial leadership and business partnering, supporting Sanofi's mission to transform the practice of medicine through quality-driven culture and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities

1). Strategic Business Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted business advisor to Field Force leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance

  • Partner with Field Force teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize field force effectiveness and resource allocation

  • Challenge the status quo to improve efficiency in field force operations and financial management

  • Provide commercial and financial decision support aligned with strategic priorities and corporate strategy

  • Support the execution of transformative initiatives within the Field Force organization

  • Support the quarterly/annual/or budget cycle based strategic planning process including FF sizing estimation, performance forecast, etc.

2). Business Insight, Analysis and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business reporting and analytics for field force operations (e.g. can conduct customized opportunity assessment to help business to identify opportunities & risks and provide proactive growth advisory, can collaborate with BU closely and lead dashboard design process to at best cope with business needs, etc.)

  • Proactively identify business risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies and action plans

  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations

3). Global GTMC Project Leadership, Management and Collaboration

  • Proactive participation global GTMC transformation projects and drive operational excellence (e.g. develop new launch excellence working model, standardize new launch Field-force deployment methodology, etc.)

  • Collaborate with multiple global GTMC pillars (Customer Facing Operations, Insights & Analytics, Omnichannel, etc. ) to ensure smooth and effective implementation of transformation

4). Support and Leadership

  • Play a key role in terms of supporting Vx FFE BP lead to bring daily operation to the next level of excellence in terms of efficiency, standardization and professionalism

  • Support the transition and integration of FFE activities under the GTMC framework

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • At least 8+ years of progressive experience in consulting, market research, finance or FFE roles, with at least 3-5 years in business partnering

  • Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred, with knowledge of field force operations

  • Proven track record in strategic thinking, financial planning, analysis, and business partnering

High proficiency in both written and speaking English
