- Act as the primary point of contact and provide advice and support on compliance matters related to concerned global functions.
- Stay updated on the latest compliance trends, regulations, and best practices; Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to proactively shape the organization's compliance strategy.
- Support COE lead to ensure Compliance initiatives landing and implementations:
• Coordinate and advise a cross-functional network for the development and maintenance of the Compliance program;
• Monitor learning indicators and report them to the Greater China Compliance Committee and external stakeholders as part of the external regulatory impact reporting.
• Drive Greater China Compliance Governance & Process transformation to better facilitate China 2030 Strategy from EBI perspective.
• Support Global EBI Projects’ China landing, including COI, Simple to Operate and Rig Project, etc.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance governance are integrated into overall business processes.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team to address any compliance issues identified during audits.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Policy and Procedure Development:
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Regularly review and update policies to ensure they remain current and effective.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are clearly documented and accessible to all employees.
• Establish and oversee a system for monitoring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Continuously seek feedback to improve policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
