As the team responsibilities expand, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Product Owner (PO) who will design and architect digital health solutions with a comprehensive ecosystem mindset, ensuring seamless integration across multiple stakeholders, platforms, and technologies while maximizing value creation. The PO is ultimately accountable and responsible for delivering workable products to achieve business value at every sprint.

Main responsibilities:

  • Map and analyze complex stakeholder ecosystems including patients, healthcare providers, payers, technology partners, and regulatory bodies

  • Work closely with business partners to develop partnerships and integration frameworks between Sanofi solutions and third-party platforms and services

  • Shape and own the digital product vision “What” & “Why” and roadmap, driving strategy and direction by working closely with the business area stakeholders and demonstrating value creation.

  • Understand global and local strategy, practices and principles, and define fit for China approach from technical, regulatory and user behavior point of views

  • Develop and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals and be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint.

  • Manage product lifecycle from end to end.

  • Works with scrum master and engineering delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project.

  • Drive feasibility assessments and lead solution design efforts.

  • Partner with UX and business teams to guarantee solutions meet user needs, applying continuous validation throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Lead cross functions to ensure that the product meets all controls of quality, regulatory & cybersecurity requirements

  • Work closely with external partners and internal tech experts to create scalable architectures and data exchange protocols that respect privacy while enabling ecosystem collaboration

  • Ensure ongoing market relevance through continuous market & trends intelligence and maximize business impact through continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with global equivalent product teams to align strategy and share best practices

  • Spearhead the design of new innovative digital product solutions (within iCare or beyond), working with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellence.

About you

·       Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital product management, with a strong focus on consumer-facing solutions.

  • Previous experience in healthcare preferred: software and / or medical devices

  • Experience building solutions with external tech and/or institutional players

·       Soft skills:

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with UX, business, and technical teams to drive product development from concept to launch.

  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision making and experience with continuous product optimization to ensure market relevance and customer satisfaction.

  • AI-mindset and / or AI-powered solutions experience

  • Excellent communication, story-telling capability and stakeholder management skills, able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering solutions that drive business results.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a continuous improvement mentality.

  • Agile mindset with a deep understanding of Scrum project management principles, ensuring iterative and efficient product delivery.

  • Track record of successful multi-stakeholder project delivery and proven ability to balance diverse ecosystem participant needs

·       Technical skills:

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices in lifecycle management.

  • Experience in integrating third-party tools and APIs into product ecosystems to enhance functionality and scalability.

  • Systems Thinking: demonstrated ability to understand complex interdependencies and design holistic solutions

·       Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Development, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Advanced degrees in relevant subjects or marketing/business area-- a plus

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
