JOB PURPOSE:
- Strategize and lead the implementation of alliance partnership in accordance with the company’s overall objective and alliance agreement.
- Drive business success together with the partners under coherent strategy and execution guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement partnerships and alliance strategies.
- Manage alliance governance at country level and coordinate communication in different aspects with corresponding subject matter experts from partnership organizations.
- Build and update alliance charter.
- Provide direction and guidance regarding the alliance ways of working to relevant stakeholders across internal and partner organization.
- Manage tracking and reporting on partnership performance.
- Identify and address partnership challenges and issues.
- Reflect areas for change and opportunities to improve to integrate into the overall alliance plan.
- Establish strong collaboration relationship with the partners.
STAKEHOLDERS:
- Field force, Commercial, Marketing, Field force effectiveness, Digital, PAMA, Medical, Market research, Strategic planning, Finance, etc.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor degree, major in medical, pharmaceutical and biology related, MBA is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry or management consulting experience with pharmaceutical industry expertise
- Proven experience in team management. Thorough understanding of vaccine channel specifics and end-to-end sales promotion cycle.
