JOB PURPOSE:

Leads and supervises project teams to provide timely programming support according to global project strategies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Leads and supervises project teams to provide timely programming support according to global project strategies.

• Project mangement, people management and development

• Contributes to the global coordination efforts to identify, develop and implement departmental standards, applications, processes and training.

• Contributes to the recruitment and interview process for programmer positions within the department.

• Responsible for setting goals, managing performances and facilitating career development of direct reports.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Master degree in statistics, computer science, or relevant filed

Experience & knowledge:

• At least 8 year working experience in clinical trial development

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning electronic submission standards and experience in delivering one or more submissions to regulatory authorities globally.

• Previous project/people management experience

• Good SAS programming skill required

• Great potential/Capability to provide programming leadership to cross -functional teams at the study and or project level

• Effective English verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization control approach to work.
