1. Assist in the construction and expression of core marketing strategies in the Central Marketing Department, and output accurate strategy support content based on the medical value of products and clinical needs; 2. Manage the full lifecycle of marketing programs, from demand research, program design to implementation review, ensuring projects meet clinical needs and achieve academic goals. 3. Establish a hierarchical KOL management system, tap core expert resources, maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and promote experts' leading role in the academic field. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate resources to support marketing, and provide professional academic support for local team.
1. 医药、临床等相关专业硕士及以上学历,3年以上医药行业中央市场或医学事务经验。2. 具备成熟的医生互动及KOL管理经验,熟悉医学项目运作逻辑。3. 优秀的沟通协调、项目管理能力及英文听说读写能力。
1. Master's degree or above in pharmacy, clinical medicine and other related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in central marketing or medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry. 2. Mature experience in doctor engagement and KOL management, familiar with the operation logic of medical projects. 3. Excellent communication and coordination, project management skills and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
