The Recruitment Hubs Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end delivery of high-quality talent acquisition services across the in-market, RPO, and China Hub segments, while also overseeing recruitment volume for the China Hub. Working closely with the global Centre of Excellence (COE) and the other hub Leads, this role drives operational excellence and ensures consistency in recruitment activities. Assume accountability for all Recruitment Services delivered across hub locations, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities.
Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hubs, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for stakeholders.
Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hubs, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models.
Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development support to Regional Hub Recruitment Leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide people lead responsibility where required across talent hub services.
Own the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for all hub-based recruitment services.
Champion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, ensuring that candidate and hiring manager needs are prioritized.
Partner with the Talent Tech team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and embrace innovation.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Candidate Care Hub Lead and Sourcing Strategy Hub Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.
Proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across all hubs.
