CD hub brief introduction

The Chengdu Hub is one of the Sanofi’s newest global centres of excellence, recently integrated into the Business Operations (BO) Hub Network, located in Chengdu, China, it represents Sanofi’s strategic expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.

Main responsibilities:

As the Wx Hub Site manager, you will be responsible for manage day to day workplace experience operations at CD hub and overseeing all aspects of the Sanofi workplace hub environment. You will manage IWX provider onsite team and collaborate with WX other team member to creating an inclusive, efficient, and inspiring workspace that aligns with Sanofi’s culture and values. The role encompasses hospitality services, workplace services, vendor relations, and employee well-being initiatives.

• Develop and implement workplace strategies to build best-in-class services at Chengdu Hub ensuring it supports employee productivity and well-being
• Develop a continues improvement approach and implement hospitality service initiatives to ensure the satisfaction of occupants and visitors; in line with WX global F&B guidance to deliver Barista bar service and maintaining high service level at CD hub as WX core competitiveness service
• Serve as a liaison between the hub and business partners, to ensure the workplace services supporting core hub objectives are clearly defined, monitored, communicated, and considered in operational prioritization and planning
• Partner with the hub leaders to ensure clear accountability for service-level adjustments; report deviation to line manager
• Manage the hub’s operating and investment budgets in coordination with hub strategy.
• As main contact person at hub to work with Real Estate closely to support local project
• Lead iWX onsite team at the hub while guaranteeing the expected level of service and quality; ensure the coordination of all services and amenities in the workplace.
• Train, motivate and develop personnel to achieve high-level of morale and efficient performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies/procedures in safety (HSE), security, accessibility, and sustainability.
• Maintain relationship with related local governmental departments and as coordinator per requests

About you

Soft skills:

• Experience in workplace services, hospitality management or related roles.
• High capacity and willingness to engage across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated self-directedness in ambiguous environments and ability to manage through influence.
• Readiness to go the "extra mile" in times of challenge and uncertainty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Technical skills:

• Proficient in project management and budget oversight.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.

Languages: Proficiency of English required.
