- Develop and establish platforms for diagnostic capability enhancement
- Execute projects to strengthen HCM diagnostic competencies
- Engage and collaborate with key medical experts
• Sales Engagement & Enablement**
- Generate actionable sales insights to support field teams
- Design and deliver sales training programs
• Supply Chain Management**
- Manage supply planning and coordination
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & knowledge:
Educational background in Medicine, Biology, or Pharmacology (preferred)
Proven sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
Approximately 10 years of marketing experience
Experience working in multinational corporations (MNC)
Demonstrated success in launching new products and penetrating new departments/specialties
Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
Excellent execution skills with proven track record of delivering resulted
