POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead the implementation of DCP/DTP channel strategies in assigned region and drive operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
Manage a team of Channel Managers to ensure effective execution across regions.
Coordinate cross-functionally to enhance channel competitiveness and operational performance.
Analyze channel performance data to inform business decisions and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Management
- Lead DCP/DTP pharmacy qualification, selection, and network optimization across regions in partnership with commercial teams
- Oversee region’s product introduction, DDI data integration, inventory management, and supply chain coordination with Trade team
- Drive pharmacist training programs and store capability development to enhance service quality
- Analyze channel performance data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop Channel Manager team to ensure effective execution and continuous performance improvement
- Foster team collaboration and capability development
Cross-Functional/Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Brand Team, Trade, GTMC, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams for tactical execution and alignment
- Manage relationships with external partners and support Channel Head in stakeholder management
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure field execution meets compliance requirements and quality standards
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Medical, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
Experience & knowledge & competencies:
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience with 3+ years in channel or sales management and proven people management experience
- Experience in DCP/DTP operations, retail pharmacy management, and leading field teams
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, retail operations, and industry regulations
- Proven ability in performance management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
