POSITION OVERVIEW

Lead the implementation of DCP/DTP channel strategies in assigned region and drive operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

Manage a team of Channel Managers to ensure effective execution across regions.

Coordinate cross-functionally to enhance channel competitiveness and operational performance.

Analyze channel performance data to inform business decisions and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Management

  • Lead DCP/DTP pharmacy qualification, selection, and network optimization across regions in partnership with commercial teams
  • Oversee region’s product introduction, DDI data integration, inventory management, and supply chain coordination with Trade team
  • Drive pharmacist training programs and store capability development to enhance service quality
  • Analyze channel performance data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop Channel Manager team to ensure effective execution and continuous performance improvement
  • Foster team collaboration and capability development

Cross-Functional/Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Brand Team, Trade, GTMC, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams for tactical execution and alignment
  • Manage relationships with external partners and support Channel Head in stakeholder management

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure field execution meets compliance requirements and quality standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Medical, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

Experience & knowledge & competencies:

  • 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience with 3+ years in channel or sales management and proven people management experience
  • Experience in DCP/DTP operations, retail pharmacy management, and leading field teams
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, retail operations, and industry regulations
  • Proven ability in performance management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Operational excellence and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
