1. Channel Operations Support
• Coordinate with team weekly to complete data collection for listing tracking & Galaxy project reports, ensuring data timeliness
• Collaborate with the FFE team as needed to handle bonus discrepancy appeals,driving the implementation of commercial team incentive requests
Consolidating Galaxy project sales appeals and coordinating with the FFE team.
• Responsible for creating and issuing supplementary agreements, ensuring compliance and timely completion of signatures
• Conduct quarterly rebate calculations for channel projects and imported products, coordinate with teams to address commercial appeals and accelerate processing timelines
• Generate monthly channel inventory reports for imported products, and send order cut-off notifications promptly during national holidays
2. Digital Tool Operations & Maintenance
• Assist teams daily with digital system access provisioning, usage corrections, and system feature deployment
• Maintain commercial dashboards to ensure stable operation of digital tools
• Collaborate quarterly with the digital team to complete related system maintenance, strictly following protocols for data uploads, verification, error correction, and system on/off operations
3. Distributor Agreement Management
• Complete the annual creation and issuance of agreements and new product agreements, with proficient use of agreement tools to ensure successful execution of signatures
