ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
This position reports directly to Associate Marketing Director and will need to work closely with market access team, trade team, business team and field force team. Good cross functional communication skills and professional knowledge (both medical professionalism and pharma industry) are critical to success in this position.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Access strategic analysis and planning
• Lead and coordinate access issues
• Conduct marketing projects and coordinate with local marketing team
• Analyze on the latest policies and translate it into actionable strategy for marketing and business team
• Coordinate brand and business team to implement policy shaping effort
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• Bachelor degree required, master preferred
• Major in medical or pharma preferred
Experience and knowledge:
• Experience in VBP access strategic analysis preferred
Core Competencies:
• Self-starter with pragmatic and result-oriented approach
• Strong Business acumen, able to quickly understand business concepts & nuances
• Innate Strategic mindset and seasoned skillset incl. experience with developing forecast models, valuations, presentation (strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to navigate & digest ambiguity
• Additional experience in marketing / sales operations valued
Language:
• Bilingual fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
