Technology & Capability Partner provides essential support for the smooth operation of Sanofi's talent acquisition and management technologies. This role assists with a range of technical and administrative tasks, including system configuration, troubleshooting, data management, process automation, and user training. The Technology & Capability Partner is a collaborative team player.

Main responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support to users on talent technology platforms.
• Support the implementation of new talent management tools and technologies.
• Provide basic technical support and administration for talent acquisition and management technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM), including user account management, data entry, system updates, troubleshooting common issues, and managing user access permissions.
• In charge of system configuration, testing, and optimization activities in both live and test environments.
• Liaise with technology vendors to troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems, and explore opportunities to enhance system functionality.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date talent data within relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Generate basic reports, analyze data using pre-defined templates, and provide insights to support talent acquisition and management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline talent-related processes using technology, working under the guidance of more senior team members.
• Assist in implementing, testing, and optimizing automated workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver basic training materials for new users of talent technology platforms, ensuring they understand system functionality and can effectively utilize the tools.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on system processes, procedures, and configurations to support user adoption, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting.
About you:
Ideally, you bring in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM platforms that enable talent management activities. This expertise could come from either a technical perspective, building and customizing systems for end users; or from an operational perspective as an in-house HR professional with primary focus on HR technology.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a related field
• You are aware of HR processes especially talent acquisition and management
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
• You have strong technical aptitude and are comfortable working with various software systems
• You're experienced in building or configuring HR dashboards
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• You're a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
• You have good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Native Chinese and fluent English language skills
