Main responsibilities职责描述：

·       协助部门主管进行员工活动，包括但不限于员工活动策划、举办、执行等。

Assist line manager to organize employee activities across Shenzhen site. Include but not limited plan，organize，execution and so on.

·       协助部门主管制作及发布内刊

Assist line manager to design and release regular newsletter.

·       协助部门主管做好部门文化墙宣传及维护工作,保证宣传沟通渠道的及时有效

Assist line manager to manage Sanofi community. Keep a timely and effective promotion channel.

·       协助部门主管进行企业文化宣传工作，包括但不限于视频制作，宣传材料编辑等

Assist line manager in company culture promotion. Contributes to video production and publicity materials edition and son on.

·       协助部门主管进行重要访客的接待

Assist line manager with VIP visiting reception.

·       部门经理指派的其他相关的工作

Other related job assigned by line manager.

About you 任职资格:
