Job description

This position will report to Ecosystem & Scientific Innovation Lead and belongs to the Translational Medicine Center Sanofi R&D. He/She will assist in collecting and organizing intelligence, exploring new external innovative cooperation models, and have the opportunity to participate in global innovation projects to accumulate project management experience.

n  40% FTE for Desktop research: to support on cutting-edge technology and biological updates, a frequently monitoring on China innovative ecosystem, etc.

n  30% FTE for Daily work support: organizing and beatifying slides, non-confidential meeting minutes, drafting and proofreading of translated documents, etc.

n  30% FTE for supporting Scientific Project Manager for admin works on ongoing EI initiatives in China.

•    Job requirement:

• Master's degree or above in biology related majors, preferably students in the last year or gap year

• Experience in wet-lab research is preferred

• An excellent capability of literature retrieval and analysis

• Experience in drafting research contracts is desired

• Excellent spoken and written skills in English are required

• Innovative thinking and good at communication

• Excellent practical skills in MS Office software
