Main responsibilities:
CoE (Center of Excellence) for Specialty Care FFE BP team
· Establish and maintain CoE standards, methodologies and tools for FFE BP operations across Specialty Care Franchises
· Drive standardization and harmonization of FFE processes, templates and analytical frameworks across the team
· Coordinate with GTMC FFE HQ to ensure alignment on global/regional guidelines
· Lead comprehensive data analysis and insight generation to support strategic decisions on FFE related tasks
· Deliver high-impact analysis and presentations to senior management and GTMC leadership, leveraging cross-BU best practices and industry benchmarks
· Drive automation and digitalization of routine reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy
· Transform complex data into actionable business insights, demonstrating strong understanding of business dynamics and market trends
KA (Key Account) Operation Management (BP Role)
· Serve as dedicated FFE business partner to KA team, providing strategic insights and recommendations tailored to KA-specific operational needs and challenges
· Design and implement comprehensive KA-tailored FFE frameworks, including KA targeting strategy, territory alignment and optimization, target setting and incentive scheme design
· Develop sophisticated KA analytical models and dashboards to monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline
· Foster proactive collaboration with KA leaders and other commercial excellence counterparts to ensure seamless FFE process execution and continuous improvement
· Lead and coordinate in KA/Market Access strategic projects, ensuring smooth execution and successful implementation of key initiatives
Education:
· Minimum bachelor’s degree
· Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
· At least 8 years’ experience in FFE, commercial excellence or business analytics field, preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
· Experience in Specialty Care and/or Key Account management is a strong plus
· Solid knowledge in FFE tools, processes and analytical frameworks, with in-depth understanding of China pharmaceutical industry dynamics
· Strong project management skills and excellent cross-functional communication capabilities
· Advanced proficiency in Excel modelling, PowerPoint Presentation and data visualization tools
· Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a complex matrix organization
· Good command of written and verbal English
