职责与工作任务/Main Responsibilities and tasks：

1.编制故障处理指导书，并对现场维护人员进行培训。必要时协调外部培训资源进行培训Prepare troubleshooting instructions and train on-site maintenance workers. Coordinate external training resources for training if necessary

2.处理现场设备停机，分析故障根本原因并给出防范或者减轻的措施及对策Deal with on-site equipment breakdown, analyze the root cause of failure, and provide preventive or mitigation measures and countermeasures

3.分析线体瓶颈工位，优化改善产出效率。分析备件消耗，制定备件管理计划，控制合理的备件库存水平。Analyze the bottleneck station, optimize and improve the output efficiency.Analyze spare parts consumption, make spare parts management plan and control reasonable spare parts inventory level

4.跟踪改造或新建项目状态，提出并记录改善建议，保证线体交付时间与质量Track the status of transformation or new construction projects, put forward and record improvement suggestions to ensure the delivery time and quality of the line

5.制定设备预防性、预测性维护计划。编制维护作业指导书，核查现场PM工作完成情况Make preventive and predictive maintenance plan for equipment. Prepare maintenance operation instructions and check the completion of site PM work.

任职资格/Job qualification：

1.教育水平 Education:大学本科及以上Bachelor Degree and above

2.专业 Major:机械工程，电气，自动化Mechanics, Electrical, Automation

3.经验 Experience:在生产制造企业任职2年以上，具备设备维护领域工作经验At least 2 years experience in production factory, experienced in maintenance field.

4.知识 Know-how:对设备维护有较深理解，理解设备维护部维护理念Deep understanding of maintenance work and the idea of TSS department

5.技能职称 Skill and technical title:办公软件，计算机，基础编程开发能力Office, computer, basic programming skill

6.培训经历 Training:机器人，PLC相关培训Robotic, PLC related

7.能力素质 Competence:具备扎实和良好的问题解决经验，优秀的协调能力和表达能力，熟练的英语能力，具有强烈的责任感和良好的沟通能力Good ability of trouble shooting, good cooperation and communication skills in both Chinese and English
