岗位职责:

依据公司及部门相关规章制度，确保冲压设备的安全。According to company and plant regulation. Ensure MRA stamp shop equipment safety.;制定与优化设备预防性维修计划，评估各项维修工作的进度与质量，提高效率。Develop and optimize preventive maintenance activities. Evaluate the preventive maintenance process and quality. Enhance efficiency;带领蓝领完成现场故障排查，提供技术支持，制定维修策略。Lead blue collar trouble shooting on site，provide technology support and set down maintenance strategy.;根据MRA冲压维护成本计划及控制实施，保证年度成本在计划内。 Implement and track status and make cost under control according to MRA stamp maint. Cost plan.;持续改善维护工作，在本职工作范围内提高效率。Implement of improve maintenance in terms of concerning efficiency within the own field of responsibility.;协助执行精益生产管理、TPM管理等先进生产方式，并使其产生效果。保证质量管理体系在本部门的运行。Assist and drive lean production mode and TPM management, and make them function. Ensure quality management system running.;根据设备维护计划和设备状态，制定备件采购和管理策略，保证备件库存合理，支持备件升级选型和本地化。According to maintenance plan equipment status, make spare parts purchasing and managing strategy, and ensure inventory reasonable, support to upgrade and localize spare parts.;

任职资格：

教育水平 / Education：本科及以上 master degree and above 专业 / Major：机电一体化，机械工程，自动化Electrical and mechanical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Automation 经验 / Experience：汽车行业2年以上维修经验，或项目实施经验Maintenance and project implement experience of more than 2 years in automotive area 知识 / Know-how：机械设计，电气设计，自动化。Good knowledge of mechanical design. Good knowledge of electric design, Good knowledge of automation 技能职称 / Skill and Technical Title：熟悉计算机操作（各种office软件），英语流利Good computer skill and familiar with office software, fluent English 培训经历 / Training：PLC ,AutoCAD, Pro/E ,management 能力素质 / Competence：项目管理，规划，组织，分析，沟通，管理Project management, planning, organizing, analysis, and communication, , management
